health/ weapon refill pickup sprites

The big red restore sprites were created to restore both health and weapon energy, aswell as/ becouse of that have extra life pickups that doesn't clash too much with the game after all you don't need to worry about justifying extra life pickups in a game if they have an extra function and that extra function is the only thing that is acknowledged about it, that and fitting in with other pickups.
